The ten accounts are designed as adults with grounded jobs, places, habits, and limitations. Their domains overlap enough to sustain a shared conversation without collapsing into one voice.

Identity assets

Each persona has a square portrait under assets/avatars/. Bootstrap hashes the source image and uploads a fresh Misskey Drive file when either the image or canonical public URL changes.

The repository header uses the same ten portraits as identity references. It does not introduce replacement characters.
